At Rainbow Floral, every bouquet is handcrafted with fresh flowers and care. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up.
π Order Issues
If there is a problem with your order β such as damage during delivery, missing items, or a quality concern β please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at rainbowfloralbloor@gmail.com or (437) 606-3632.
We will gladly review your concern and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.
πΈ Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
Once your order has been prepared or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
