We stay connected with both the sender and recipient during the delivery process, ensuring everything goes smoothly while preserving the element of surprise.

Once your flowers have been delivered, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or text. Should we encounter any difficulties with the delivery, we will reach out to the recipient using the provided phone number to find the best way to complete the delivery with their assistance.

Additionally, we send order photos at the end of the day so you'll be able to see exactly what was sent out.

How do I care for my flowers?

We take pride in delivering only the freshest, highest-quality flowers!

To help your blooms stay vibrant and beautiful for as long as possible, proper flower care is essential. All our deliveries are sent with these care instructions:

  1. Trim the stems before placing your flowers in a vase; this helps them absorb water more effectively.
  2. Use a clean vase filled with cool water, and mix in the provided flower food.
  3. Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline, then arrange your flowers in the vase.
  4. Refresh the water daily, adding more flower food each time, and give the stems a fresh cut every few days.
  5. Keep your flowers in a cool, dry spot, and remove any wilted stems to keep the rest of the arrangement looking its best.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We offer same-day Toronto delivery if your order is placed before 11am, however, selection may be limited. For standard orders, we recommend placing your order at least 24-48 hours in advance.

For larger events and weddings, booking several weeks or even months ahead is ideal to ensure availability.
